Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 7, Section 10.03 requires the use of revised forms and processes for requests for certification of law students for practice. In furtherance of the educational nature of the Experiential Learning, all requests for law student practice must be submitted to the Appellate Court Clerk on the required forms, found below, by the law student’s law school. Law students approved for practice will be sent an appropriate bar card for use until their term expires. The card will be sent to the law school for distribution to the law student.
