Board Policies and Procedures
The Board has adopted Statements of Policy and Procedure pursuant Rule 7, §12.05. These policies are approved by the Tennessee Supreme Court and supplement Rule 7 by explaining filing requirements and processes in more detail.
Policies are numbered to match the corresponding section of Rule 7 (for example, Rule 7, Section 3.01 is supplemented by Policy P‑3.01).
